Health Insurance used to very good with Cigna till 2013, but then changed to BCBS of CA for 2014-2015 and now its with United Health Care. The plans are good, but the premiums are on the higher side. Co-Pay for emergency is very high at $125.
Other than this other benefits are OK.

In America, insurance keeps changing but basics typically don't. Currently we are on United Health Care. My doctors' offices tell me that it's one of the best insurance companies to deal with when it comes to collections, billing, approvals, etc. I haven't had many difficult issues with payments, etc.

salary is very low on standard. No hikes. Management always cry for no budget while increments.
