100% paid health insurance, no compliant's here for HMO. If you want a PPO, you'll have to pay out of pocket. Just make sure you stay healthy (eat / exercise) and you'll have the HMO, lol. Downside: 401k profit sharing - firm contributes each year, but doesn't amount to much as compared to working for a company for several years.
