You won't ever get to use your benefits because management will force you to always show up to work regardless if one of your loved on dies or if you are sick.

Decent health plan, but nothing extra special. Employee contribution increases every year.

Very expensive. I use my husband's insurance instead because of the cost.

Most plans have a rather high deductible and a rather long list of things not covered. Additionally, the plan benefits decreased and the cost increased from 2015 to 2016. To keep cost to you in line you had to give up some of your benefits. If you wanted to keep the benefits the same, you had to pay higher premiums and higher deductibles.
