Benefits are overall good, used to be better. Really generous amount of PTO

Human Rights First has a generous benefits package. They offer the usual medical, dental, vision, life insurance policies and a 403(b) retirement plan that they sometimes contribute to on behalf of the employee. Two weeks paid time off at the end of the year in addition to federal holidays.

They have a very comprehensive benefits package. Medical, Dental, Metro refill, life insurance, etc...

Great vacation paid time, personal days , and sick days. Great health insurance.

It gives a generous amount of time off throughout the year but you may be too busy to take it.

Benefits are quite generous compared to what is offered in the for-profit sector. You do have to pay toward your health insurance but it's fairly reasonable, and the organization reimburses 50% of your deductible expenses. Plus we now how a generous short-term disability package to cover maternity leave.
