A bunch of different plans including high deductible with HSA. Very reasonably priced. We saw very little price increase over the years

Insurance is comprehensive and the deductibles and co-pays were fine. Downside is that instead of Spouse and Family options, IBM charges you per child. This is the only place I worked where you were penalized for having a large family.

Have FSA, HSA and different options to select from, it can be somewhat confusing..

Its not free and the coverage is not in full.

High co-pays, pushed into high deductible plan

Blue Cross and Blue shield, solid company, never used it

Good plans very low percentage of monthly premium is covered by the company

Their premiums are more advantageous for single coverage. Family coverage premiums are very high.
