Plenty of choices and options. Can get expensive, but aren't they all?!

Over the last 10 years, the health insurance plan has gotten more expensive... and more cost has shifted to the employee. I don't care for this, but I honestly done think this is any worse than any other large company trying to control costs.

low cost copays and deductibles

Relatively high costs, dental plan coverage is below average. Overall benefits packets are above average.

PPO with excellent coverage. Low deductable

It's costly to cover dependents.

Deductible is kind of high.

IBM offered a variety of solid health plans.
