There were several packages to choose from. They all had pretty good coverage. They made contributing to the HSA pretty painless if you chose a high-deductible plan. Reasonable cost to employee.

Below average health care coverage at above average premium cost, when compared to other companies. Something is always better than nothing, but for the amount that you pay, you would expect to get more for your money.

Very high out-of-pocket costs, but premiums kept reasonably consistent over years. Vision and Dental insurance aren't worth it unless you have a major expense as the premiums are often more than just paying out-of-pocket. Restricted to one pharmacy chain, drug costs higher for most things, and lots of exclusions on drugs.
