In an age where everyone's benefits are dwindling, for generally healthy families, IBM has stayed about on par. If I had medical conditions and no options for a PPO with HSA, I might comment differently.

Managed pharmacy program (CVS Caremark) is horrible. Frequent billing issues, illogical rules about which medications are covered, and far more of a detriment than a benefit.
