Rating neutral because 20 years ago it was top notch. Today that does not appear to be the case.

It is the employee's responsibility to come up to speed on the job. There is no formal training program.

IBM encourages and reminds employees to take at least 40 hours of personal development every year. The provide innovative content that can be taken in groups or on-demand. I continue to learn new things with this company. My skills evolve and I stay current.

Training??? There is no training. IBM doesn't care if you know how to do your job. You train yourself at IBM or you're out the door. That's IBM's training program.
