Some locations work from home more than others. WFH policy is pretty straight forward and dependent upon your location.

There is a lot of support for working from home and it is one of the things I like most about working for IBM. It is especially helpful when collaborating with teams in other time zones.

Several roles allow work from home. It is very widely done and accepted where role doesn't require you to be in a specific location.

There was the flexibility to work from home up until this year. They are making everyone work from an office. If people are designated as work from home, they now have to move to an IBM site. IBM is not adjusting for salary if current employee forced to move to high cost of living city from a low cost of living location.
