no cap but you probably have to talk to someone if you are out for a while or something idk how they do long term stuff. but if you are sick then you dont have to worry about it because you can work at home or if you are real sick not even work. no limit because they say its not fair to tell people how often theyre allowed to be sick. when everyone was sick with the flu everyone was just working from home and everyone seemed fine about it.
