WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
Our priorities are to provde remote flexible options for employees; whether they are located near one of our 3 US-based office locations or far - we provide the flexibilty for employees to work the way they need to. Our priorities are to create opportunities to connect and collaborate and provide work experiences that matter - if we are meeting in office, we want to 'earn your commute' by providing community and socializing opportunities, unique learning opprtunities or brainstorming sessions. If you are working from home, we want you to enjoy a flexible and convenient work environment - while still feeling connected to your colleagues and supported with our online resources and collaboration tools.
These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
We provide plenty of options for our folks to connect and collaborate remotely; zoom, slack, jamboard, confluence, and many more.
We provide a monthly newsletter with excellent wellness tips distributed to all employees, including remote. We have semi-monthly wellness webinars, provide remote based wellness challenges, and create time for monthly yoga and meditation classes (sometimes provided weekly, depending on the time of year.)
Monthly stipend provided to all full time employees and is intended to contribute to an employee’s cost of remote work which can include initial home office setup costs for new hires and later can be used towards cell phone, internet, or other related expenses. Employees can apply this stipend at their discretion
for these services or other home-office based upgrades they prefer!
