Hybrid work uses digital tools to support synchronous interaction between in-person and remote participants, and these tools should facilitate participation, collaboration, and communication
For asynchronous work, focus on transparency as much as possible, e.g. activities including information sharing, introducing new tools and technology, and reflections on learning and content can easily be done asynchronously
For example, a recurring team meeting can easily be virtual, but a brainstorming session could require face-to-face dynamics.
By figuring out who owns information or processes, you can greatly improve the usefulness and efficiency of your meetings by making sure the right people are there. (Key Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Decision Makers, etc.)
