KP, SCL Health via Cigna are options. No HSA.

If you work full time then the health insurance is very cheap! For my husband and I it was $36 every other week with a $3,000 deductible. They have 3 different options and offered an HSA and FSA option. With my insurance option it was the cheapest to stay with Intermountain providers which was not a problem because they are everywhere in Utah

They have a lot of basic procedures that require per-authorization.

It's a healthcare provider so the plans are fairly reasonable.

Best thing is a variety of options, so I can make choices based on cost coverage ect. Also there's a program called Alex which really makes choosing easy to understand!
