Intuit matches eligible contributions—$1.25 for every $1 you contribute, up to 6% of your eligible pay for a maximum $10,000 per year.

I usually max out my 401K and the match is generous and will help me during retirement in the future.

The benefits offered by Intuit are very competitive, and they grant extra days off work each year to volunteer time with an organization of your choice. Although I am not eligible, the paternity/maternity leave is very generous, too.
