The investment choices aren't necessarily the best but they're good and the company match is amazing.

They used to have fidelity which was good and they moved to some trashy company as a part of cost reduction and now there are no good investment oppertunity.

Matches per pay period and the amount is typical for similar types of software companies. The selections available can make it very lucrative.

Eh it's ok, if they paid more it'd be easier to save for retirement.

They switched from Fidelity (who admittedly has high fees) to a new program through Empower, which is a merger of three fund companies including Putnam (which is decent.) That said, it's all geared toward the millennial audience and the "set it and forget it model." which is a little ironic, since the millennial have less skin in the 401k game at present. it was frustrating to be pulled out of Fidelity's Contra fund in favor of a menu of pre packaged managed funds.
