We do not have health insurance coverage at all. the cost is passed to the employees to cut on Company expenses and raise the value of the shares. they should change their core values to say "Share Holders are our greatest assets" instead of "People are our greatest assets"

Jacobs contributes 0% towards employee's health insurance. For a company of 70k employees, one would expect a better negotiated price and benefits for the employees. Apparently, there was a major cut this year to help raising the stock value. Share holders are our greatest assets not "Our People"

Worst health insurance and bad management because of politics

Like all insurance in today's world - high monthly, high deductible, 80/20 after deductible

Best thing you have coverage, when checking with other companies benefit offerings Jacobs was almost double the cost.

prescription plan was great and I used it all the time. please don't make me go into detail about this!!

Terrible health insurance, high deductible, high premium and a lot of doctors and specialist won't take it. Be prepared to have to go out of network which will cost you another high deductible and another max out of pocket, so save 15K with family.

it can be expensive if you have family

There are options but some of it is very expensive unless you do the HD plan. If you have a family it can be a huge cost.
