This accrual amount was good

There are 10 sick days but you have to wait 3 months to use them and then you can't use them until you accrue them. Each center gets a new contract every few years so these can change each contract.

Not a great package at Job Corps.

At times they would make you feel guilty about taking leave

Doctor's note a requirement for 2 consecutive sick days low amount of days for first 5 years

You do acquire sick-time, as it is an old government social service program. But you will never get to use any built-up sick time, except \when you are terribly sick due to the germs everywhere, as their is no janitorial crew.
