The standard benefits, such as health dental or vision, are above average. They offer the basic coverages and the employer pay portion is a very nice perk. 401K matching is very standard, nothing special. And the time off policy is excellent. This company really values their employees and work life balance. The work life balance might be the best benefit if you value that.
