Good luck requesting time off if you're stocking overnight and your entire work crew only consists of 4 guys. Greatest thing about working here overnight was being able to eat the food and snacks you stocked.

They give horrible hours and the insurance is expensive

You are eligible for insurance at part time. You'll be able to join a union, which I haven't seen the real benefit of. The union will take money out of your check and doesn't do much for you. You can be rewarded with point cards, called R.A.C.E.

Not fully applicable for health insurance being Part-Time. All else is pretty tolerable.

Amazing benefits in the past but they are slowing taking them away. No more spousal insurance coverage starting at the end of 2014.

Staring pay was decent and benefits the same as most retail companies.

Monetary incentives are great! Health insurance given to management is no where near as good as the insurance given to hourly associates.
