Labcorp benefits

Labcorp has great benefits. You start accumulating vacation on day one and receive 3 weeks the first year. Health insurance is reasonable.

Managers do not micro manage

There wasn't anything good to say the benefits are extremely expensive and cumbersome

The healthcare for employees is way too expensive for a company who makes billions in profits. The lowest plan has a deductible of 4,500. And the other plans will cost a good $250 out of your bi weekly paycheck. That's $500 a month and on top of that you are paying a $500 deductible. So disappointed with labcorp for offering its employees the lowest rate healthcare at the highest cost.

$600/month medical insurance, $250 E.R. Copay. $20 pharmacy copay.

Hourly pay wage is horrible terrible I have to live from paycheck to paycheck

Great benefits and time off.

LabCorp offers decent health benefits, vision and dental plan. The time off and sick days are good too.

Lots of paid time off given, great 401k plan. Health insurance is lacking, could use some improvement.

Unfortunately the benefits package which was great under Covance has deteriorated significantly under LabCorp. No HSA and they make you jump through all kinds of hoops to receive any help.
