MBA assistance was great. Required a two year commitment to the company but worth it.

Dental & vision and laughable. Medical is expensive. Overall nothing special at all and NOT comparable to rest of pharma, despite whatever they say. Really - its 2 stars and nothing more. Let's be serious.

Health insurance is high. Good 401k contribution, add 3% of salary even if you choose NOT to contribute and that amount increases with senoirity.

Best thing is they contribute 3% to retirement, whether you contribute or not.
Worst thing is short term disability or maternity leave, there basically is none except for the PLB you accrue (only 2.77 hrs a week), so you can only be out for so long before you don't have any money coming in.
Also you can only have 3 unscheduled absences per year. No sick leave.
