FTO is amazing compared to the traditional PTO other companies use. As long as you communicate with management and leave your tasks on the team calendar or have backups for your work, you can pretty much take time whenever you need. Health insurance is pretty good as well but specialty services will charge a 100 dollar copay for each visit.

No pay lab tests for employees and dependents

The benefits were amazing here. It covered a lot of healthcare needs and when I was out of work the benefits helped me get through that time.
