Medical Benefits aren't great for a family with kids. Ends up being 4-6k more than my husbands medical options.

Salary is competitive/above industry average within the US. Google, Nvidia, Microsoft, Netflix all pay way more. The benefits are not that good, especially health insurance. That is so expensive here. For my wife and I, and we have the most premium health insurance, pay $500 a month just for health insurance. Bonus is usually at 10% and dependent on company performance.
