You get the whole nine yards with typical benefits, but wish they matched 401K completely.

The only good benefits if you work in the post-life (histology) department is the PTO. You get about 21-24 days of PTO and its easy to get big chunks of time off approved. You can also accumulate PTO if you don't use it in one year. All the health benefits are terribly expensive and cover nothing
