Paid time off was great. I worked there 6 years and when I left I had 25 day of PTO.

Covance health care benefits are great

I thought the health insurance package was less affordable than ones I've had in the past.

Best: Lots of vacation/sick time. 18 days to start. Tops out at 30 days at 15 years of service. Worst: company uniforms are in desperate need of updating.

401k dental health tobacco cessation etc

they have everything, but not too much for each benefit. I like 15% discount if you buy labcorp stock. I like the ppo CIGNA dental , but only 1000.00, which is good for average, but not for my bad teeth.

they have most benefits. Health, dental ($1000), vision, 401k, stock, short term disability, long term disability. paid vacation. lab week lunch.

Good benefit package. It made employment worthwhile when you consider most companies are not offering benefit packages any longer. Internal on line training program opened up other opportunities within the company. However, this was not available during work hours to couriers who travel from client to client to complete their job

The huge paid time off was amazing!!!!!! I could take the entire holiday season off, get paid, and work at the mall. I had the freedom to have a life outside of my job. They make up for the pay by giving beautiful benefits!

Great benefits package. PTO is ample, health insurance is great. Bonus allocation is really competitive and the management team really supports work-life balance. Workload is going to vary from one assignment to the next, but the managers really support employees to help balance everything. Taking vacation is encouraged!
