Lane did away with their pension plan several years ago. the 401k is more than exceptional but don't expect anything else.

The retirement account is subject at anytime to be disbanded and that their are two plans depending if you are hourly or salary. The salary plan is better but the salary people get hosed on working overtime with no proper compensation.
