Job Training

They do train you you do have two weeks training

Job training was next to useless. If there was ever an on the job training it was this one. It’s a sink or swim environment and you often feel lost and like your drowning.

Comprehensive training but hands on training can be lax due to ever changing policies with COVID, etc.

Training is done all via online tool and the rest with a hit or Miss trainer.

Thrown into work the 2 ND week out of training at a store by myself and wouldn't promote when asked. The area mangers get a bigger bonus for keeping associate mangers in the store managers role. Less pay equals hitting their bugets
