At Lighthouse we understand the importance of taking the time to give back to our communities. We offer up to 16 hours of paid volunteering time for full-time employees to use throughout each calender year, incentivizing our employees to make a positive change in their communities.
At Lighthouse we understand the importance of allowing employees to take time away from the office in order to rest, spend time with friends and family, and recharge. We also believe that our employees carry the responsibility for managing their own time and workload. Based on these two company held beliefs, we have created a system called Flex PTO. Our Flex PTO policy allows any eligible employee to take as much PTO as needed within the bounds of our policy.
