the best thing by far are the vacations and the every other friday off. You start off with 10 hrs/month and a week and a half of vacations for Christmas break.

Vacation was minimal for the U.S.: 0-5 years, 2 weeks, 5-10 years, 3 weeks, 10+ years, 4 weeks. Best benefit was the health insurance: reasonable cost and you can add money to a health fund by taking healthy actions and staying active via Virgin Pulse.

As a Greenville (FTO) employee, not Aeronautics, the pay is significantly less. The best part is the overtime. Even in a salary position, you can still get paid straight time for hours over 40/week. If you choose, you can opt for compensation time. Averaging 50 hours per week as a supervisor, you end up with a large amount of paid time off.
