Health insurance has become a lot more expensive (and provides less coverage) in the last few years - ever since the company self-insured. Vacation policy is nice (3 weeks/year on average). Sick time/personal time is on paper technically unlimited, but management expects employees to work off any such time as overtime in the course of the year.

An excellent benefit package, better than most in Upstate of South Carolina, but that should be expected of a Fortune 100 company.

Health Insurance was great. Low Level employees don't get perks for working hard.
