From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
We get every other Friday off and the work environment is very family-friendly.

There was no Pension (they froze it several years ago), no paternity/maternity leave, and they kept cutting benefits (though it was to keep up with the industry norms). They did have an onsite clinic which was very useful.

Lockheed Martin has a very comprehensive benefits package. Full medical (including dental and eye), educational assistance, 401k match, cash accumulation retirement plan, disability insurance, life insurance, 3 to weeks vacation depending on tenure.

Only one health plan option with high out of pocket expenses on top of cost of insurance.

Like most companies now that Affordable Care Act is here, health benefit premiums are climbing while benefits are dropping and deductibles are going up. Lockheed Martin is doing their best to offset it with Virgin Pulse program earning health spending account, but compared to the benefits we used to get, current plan is, for lack of nicer terms that convey it effectively, crap.

Relocation fee is not as good as other companies, but better than nothing.
