Very good coverage in the plan. But thanks to the Affordable Care Act (Obmacare), rates and deductibles are increasing, though they have kept a reasonable lid on them. They also provide free health coaching and other incentives to reduce the cost of health care.

Great package for so many employees

good insurance, employer pays most of the insurance premium, PPO, HMO, Kaiser options are available

Excellent contribution ratio makes the health care very affordable.
