It's pretty great actually. It is quick, and it will finish issuing your election if needed before you even finish paying into it. Literally the only thing that can improve is if they issued direct deposit instead of checks.

At least in the division I work at there is no HSA (Health Savings Account) available. They have a FSA (Flex spending account).

The vendor Payflex is very easy to use and if you link it to your plans, you don't have to submit any paperwork and it automatically deposits the money in your account.
