For salaried employees 401k is top notch: 6% automatic contribution with immediate vesting. Then a match of 4% if you contribute 8%. So 10% company contribution if you put in 8% so 18% total if you put in 8%.

Offers 1 day off per month, stacking up to 40 days (5 additional off-days are given at the beginning of each year that do not contribute to this 40 day maximum). Offers a high deductible health insurance. Dental and vision plans are also offered. Offers a HSA for employees and their families. Allows intermittent work from home if required - though is moving towards a full return to office for software development teams.

The overall company has a good focus on allowing employees to have a good work life balance, although based on individual program or manager it’s not always possible to achieve.
