Lockheed Martin benefits

401k is a big bonus. They give 6% of your salary right off the bat, with 50% matching for your first 8%. For a total of 10% of your salary if you contribute 8%. Vacation is also good, you get 40 hours every year 'use it or lose it' and accrue 120 hours over the year. That along with the 98 hours of holiday around the year and end of year shutdown that's a lot better than other companies I have worked for.

Above average benefits: good 401k and additional contributions from the company, above average days of paid time off. Health care premiums would increase each year, but seems to be standard across the industry.
