The benefits are very comprehensive. They include more than the normal medical, dental, and vision. They support family medical leave, tuition reimbursement, HSA, FSA, health and wellness incentives, and others. It's really nice. One con would be that the only medical plan options are high deductible plans, I would like at least one low deductible choice.
