From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
Some of the best perks are the vacation, 9/80 work schedule, and education benefits. Every employee starts with 3 weeks of paid vacation. On top of that, there is personal time off and holiday pay.

Vacation allowance is pretty flat - you start at 3 weeks (good) and work up to 4 weeks after 20 years (less good). But guidelines on when you can use the vacation is pretty flexible.

The healthcare was pretty so-so I can't speak all that much on it since I am in good health and don't require heavy use on benefits like someone with a family would.

At many locations, there is a 9/80 work schedule, giving you every other Friday off. This is the BEST and is hard to walk away from!

Pros: If you’re a salaried employee, you start off accruing three weeks off a year plus another week that is granted automatically. This combined with every other Friday off is more PTO than most will use. Rolls over up to 400 hours.
Cons: no sick time, this comes out of your PTO which discourages people from taking a sick day.
