"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Lockheed was exceedingly organized and worked hard (when I was there) to bring many opportunities for staff. In addition to the standard health, vacation, etc we had multiple corporate perks. Having come from state government, that was a huge perk.

Flex schedules are accommodating when unexpected things happen. Health benefits are amazing as many sites have a wellness clinic to address minor employee health issues.

Pretty standard benefits package. Medical insurance has become very expensive with employee typically paying $120+ per week for insurance.

This company provides wonderful benefits; flexible hours, insurance, etc. The work environment is currently positive, and the jobs are very stable. The culture is military-ish, and deadlines are set to be attainable.

Seems pretty standard for full-time employees. Good healthcare, etc... As an intern, they offer a living stipend for those that live further than 50 miles from the facility which is really nice. It's enough to cover housing and food for the entirety of the internship. (The amount varies by location.) I lived at about the 45 mile mark... and they don't give partial stipends which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars...
