"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

The benefits are great as far as things like Maternity/Paternity leave, paid time off, wellness incentives, etc. The only reason I rate 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that the health insurance isn't the best (high deductible + HSA), even the PPO tries to skimp on coverage
