Okay benefits, nothing special really.

Pros: 6% contribution to 401k with 100% vestment on start date. Great wellness incentives, such as up to $1400-$1800 company HSA contribution yearly, 8 free therapy sessions, free subscription to Calm. Cons: Hard to actually get a therapist scheduled. Benefits used as an excuse to pay lower than most other company’s for comparable positions.

Excellent dental and vision insurance. Descent 401K, and medical is about par for the course.

Great 401k and vacation. 4× 10 schedule is great.
