PTO starting at 4 weeks total leave and sick time is great when combined with flexible hours. 401k Match up to 10% (6% automatic + 50% match for first 8% employee contribution. Unfortunately, health insurance offerings are truly terrible.

High Deductible Health Care Plans with limited access, end up purchasing additional insurance to help cover the costs.

The overall benefits package is quite competitive. The high deductible insurance can be a con, but LM contributes a fair amount annually to your HSA after you complete a few very basic related tasks. As long as your family is fairly well, this contribution more than covers a years worth of deductibles.
