"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Nice 6% employee contribution to 401k even if you to not contribute. And 10% total if you do contribute. If you contribute 8 % they will match half + 4%. And they give you 6% if you dont nothing. Adding up to 10% total if you contribute 8%.
