"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Best 401k match I have seen from comparison with dozens of companies. BCBS Medical is ok but most medical plans are getting overpriced by insurance companies now. Offers multiple additional benefits and incentives.
