Vacation time was ..simply was earned vacation time. I had no issue with it whatsoever.

12 holidays and 2 weeks vacation with increasing benefit up to 4 weeks. There was a maximum number of days you could bank though

The biggest issue with the Lockheed Martin vacation/paid time off plan was that the workload and pace of projects made it difficult to take time off. Lockheed Martin then capped how much time off you could accumulate and forced you to use it or lose it. This disrupted work flows further.

Vacation is accumulated at about 10 hours per month from the start.

3 weeks a year right off the bat, plus Federal holidays.
