Hardly any training is provided, and there is a lot of conflict with how you "could" do things in the ERP system and how you "should" do things in the ERP system, and the person who knows the most about the system has real trouble answering basic questions without running you through their way of doing things first, and taking a million tangents along the way, and then hopefully will get to your question by the end of that interaction, but probably not.
