Performance Bonus

They offer once per year an Annual Bonus based off of how sales were that year, and your seniority. After being there 12+ years, I can tell you that I am highly skeptical any actual formula was followed. As about half of the bonuses I ever got were roughly the same amount after taxes. No actual incentive bonuses exist at MTI. They have a great product, and will continue to sell like crazy because their stuff is awesome. But don't expect that their successes will be shared with you, just because you got them through the growing hurtles.
