Not great, 3% match, which is pretty common. Company used to make an additional plus-up at the end of the year, but that was converted to a discretionary plus-up many years ago and has never happened again.

Its been a long time, I don't remember much but I know they had 401K, paid vacation, medical and dental and vision coverage. They also have tuition reimbursement program.
