It's 10% that comes right out of your pay check. It really isn't a discount and it has limitations depending upon your income. It is sold as being this tremendous benefit but it really is just away for the company to sell a product and make you pay for the taxes on it through your pay check.

10% discount, which stacked with coupons and sales, but it did come directly out of your paycheck, and there was no way to access it without your employee badge.

easy because it comes out of your paycheck, but 10% isnt a lot

only 10% comes right out of your paycheck so you can't get a discount on any big purchases.

10% discount on any merchandise except rental items. There is a limit each week but if varies because your pay varies.

10% is fairly good when coupled with sale items, other promotions, rebates, clearance items, bargain items, ability to look at original price.

It's 10% but has to be taken out of your paycheck (so you can't spend more than you make)

I got a 10% discount. Great if you spend your entire paycheck there.

Worst thing is that in order to use your discount the money that you spend at menards comes directly out of your check
