Expensive at time of use but wide selection of carriers

Great options with large name carriers.

The coverage is affordable and offers many providers while wait times for appointments are long depending on the provider.

Health benefits are average. I like that they offer FSA and dependent care.

Mercer has the best health insurance I've ever had within a company.

Cost was reasonable for the benefit plan. Communicated well to employees. I think most are satisfied with it overall.

The cost is high for health insurance

Good options for different Health Insurance coverage. Reduced rates for more junior/lower paid employees seems fair. Medical, dental and vision coverage. It would be nice if the company picked up more of the cost, but it's not too bad.
